Power grid installing high power tenson line without notice compensat

Power grid installing high power tenson line tower on my agricultural land without notice ,&no compensation given saying we are not liable for any compensation as it's public work. Please advice what option I have .
on the abovementioned query please file immediately a writ petition against the tower installation of power grid corporation in the honourable high court. within 3 days of filling the stay order in your hand if power grid corporation did not notify the installation of the tower.
