Want to sell my property in Pune. My wife, who is a co-owner won't be able to travel. Can I get a POA registered on my name in Delhi to execute the sale deed in Pune.
Yes your wife can delegate her rights to the property to you by executing a Special Power of Attorney in your favour to delegate her rights to transfer, manage her share in the property on her behalf.
