Please suggest me lawful action against of construction work of buildi

Hello My name is Prasad,Stay in Kalyan-Maharashtra,near to my house there was old bungalow now that demolished and start new construction in place of that during construction work they digging big hammers in construction place for building round shape pillar when i ask how many pillars you will construct so they mention it will be 42 now it's just first due to this activity my whole house vibrate & feel that it's wall will be collapse so my concern is how can i deal with this?
please suggest me action.
added: I'm staying in this house last 36 yrs as tenant
you will have to send legal notice for the stopping if the construction work and demand damages for the harassment and nuisance by the construction.
if the builder does not stops the construction then you will have to file the case in court and take stay order.
