in favor of my mother in law she sales her fathers asset & divided the sale amount to 4 daughters & her name as same figure without son part any other obligation for that issue? /son will be any step for recovery ?
first of all it depends how the property cMe to your mother in-law, whether by inheritance or by a status of a will. If it is inherited as living survivorship, or legal heir, then all the sons and daughters have equal share in the property mentioned. but if it is by a will, then the story is completely opposite to it.
