Hi ,
Is Patta Mutation Compulsory for Land Registration. Also please let me know without changing is it risky to do Modt for bank loans security purpose
patta mutation is just an advisory to the SRO but they have taken this as a source to make money. I have seen few of my clients who did not have patta changed in their name but registered their documents by paying extra amt.
