Partition suit to inherited property

Agricultural land created by my great great great grandfather. Solely inherited by my father. I have 2 siblings. I have two questions :
1) Who are the shareholders ? Is my mother also shareholder?
2) Nobody has any financial contribution in upkeep / maintenance of the lands. Does land get distributed equally to the stakeholders in such a case ?
as per your query it is a fair that your property is joint property and after your fathers death property I will will be partitioned among the legal heir as per law . you have 2 file the partition suit at the competent court afterwards your shares property will be decided by the court for this Legal procedure you have to contact with me immediately
