Partition Suit Pending Co Owner Dies With A Will

Father and son are co owners of a property . Father during his lifetime was not willing to give son share in property although name regusterd in sale deed. So son filled a suit for Partition during this father died but made a will to entire mentioning other legal heirs .made this wlli after case was filled .wanted to know if this will be dismissed by court or should we challenge if so on what basis .
