PARTITION OF JOINT OWNERSHIP HOUSE IN GURGAON
24-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
We, three friends jointly purchased a plot in Gurgaon.
Thereafter, constructed a 3 storey house on that & obtained occupation certificate & every member is occupying one floor as per mutual settlement but land ownership is different for all 3 owners viz. GF-40%, FF-32.50%, SF-27.50%. Basement & Terrace rights also common with same ownership rights
Now, we want to have a legal partition with mutual consent to avoid any dispute among successors.
please let me know about the following:
1) what will be the procedure?
2) How much stamp duty & registration charges will be applicable, considering current Circle rate value of the Property around 3 Crores.?
3) How much time it will require to conclude the partition?
Thanks in Advance.
procedure wil be the same stamp duty will be depending upon the court registrations charges also not applicable for this procedure it will be taken around 1 month for this procedure if every member is ocupying their own area but stamp duty will be the same for everyone
