Partition of fathers property if married to two wives

My father has married 2nd time after his first wife death, and the first wife has a son he is married he have four daughters ,and second wife is alive and she has a one son and two daughters. My father has 10 acre land. How the land should be distributed.? We are Hindus.

If your father 's property s ancestral property then all children from both first and second wife will get share equally along with second wife.
The law is all wife will get one share they will have to divide equally in it and all children will get equal share over the property.
If the property s self acquired then your father can gift or write Will to whoever he wish to.
