Partition of agriculture property

Dear sir, We are a joint family consisting of father, mother, 4 brothers and a sister. Both my parents are passed away few years back now the property is in the name of the parents. As a joint family eldest brother was looking after all the financials of the family. Who was a govt employee. He has purchased a land many years back out of receipts of the family agriculture and now claims he purchased on his earning from govt

you can file a partition suit, for your share in all the properties including the agricultural land. we need to show that the person was managing the joint hindu family properties.
