It appears that your dispute is related to land of your village in abadi. The partition done is oral. Although oral agreements are admissible in court but very difficult to prove. If any owner wants to create dispute he can. The way out is that you file a partition suit with injunction application claiming your right and ownership on the land on which you have constructed your house and seek injunction against all other claimants not to interfere in your possession and ownership.
