Pagdi system property on my mother's name, what if something happthem

I stay with my parents since birth and now they r old, what if something happens to them, property is in pagdi system
You will be a deemed tenant afterwards you can't be thrown out of the property by a landlord you will be having your rights vested in that property though you have to take a signature and permission from the landlord to transfer it.
Under the law, whosoever was residing with your parents at the time of their death would get the tenancy rights
