Who is the owner of the sold but unregistered apartment? Can RWA claim CAM from developer as he has the Khata of those unregistered apartments as on date?
who is under the name of property they are the owner of that property. but here you said it's unregistered but it was sold means there must be mutual understanding. but purchaser responsibility is most. they need verify before buying the property. or else you just quite to buy and you can recollect how much paid by you to them. it's narmal procedure further more details contact me thank you
