Ownership of property in case sister died intestate

A and B two sisters bought a land jointly on same deed at the same time with equal rights, A built a house on one side. A a widower and childless died intestate. Who will be the rightful owner of the whole property, her sister B being the co-owner or the brothers of A's husband? Religion Sarna/Hindu (Schedule Tribe)

All the legal heirs of A will be entitled to share of the property unless it is proved that 'A' did not purchase it from her funds. Brother in law of 'A' might not have any legal right in the property.
