Ownership of property in case of partial payment by spouse

My spouse and myself planning to buy home, with
70% amount from my side (myself) and 30% amount from her (wife) with
joint home loan and joint ownership.
1) Who will ultimately own this property in this case ? In case of any dispute
between us, can I make claim on whole property since I paid bigger share ? (Religion : Hindu)
