20-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Tenant has filed a case in December 2018 for manai-hukum in Gandhinagar District civil court that he should be allowed to continue to stay. Rent agreement was signed and notorised in October 2013. In August 2018, one sided rent agreement (by him only) was signed which we have not agreed, We have submitted our reply in May 2019 and since then it is showing as "For Rejoinder" How much time will it take for decision?
