Original sale deed of previous agreement is not available

Respected madam/sir
I am going to purchase a property but the owner does not have previous chain of original sale deeds. He has only one between him and the old seller. Should I buy the property, will it be any problems or consequences for me in future from old sellers of the property. Is there any solution to it.

Dear don't Worry if you not satisfy than you demand Revenue record from seller and you also check Possession and Mutation in the name of seller in Revenue record, Unless you told to seller that he will apply for certified copies of old sale deed in Registrar office
