Notarised document to builder will it be binding

I will submit a affidavit to builder after notarised it stating that I will leave a rental property in chawl after builder getting building permission and we will get flat in newly constructed apartment. This notary will be strictly binding on me or I can challenge this in court?
Such notaries document will be binding on both the parties. Anyone of you can challenge the said document if the conditions mentioned in the said document is not been followed by any of the parties. For any further clarification kindly book a consultancy call.
