MY PLOT, AS WELL AS MY OPPONENT'S PLOTS, ARE HAVING DIFFERENT SURVEY NUMBERS AS PER THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. BUT THE PA HOLDER OF THE OPPONENT PARTY FENCED MY PLOT ILLEGALLY AS WELL AS AN ADJACENT PLOT ALSO ALONG WITH HIS PLOT. I VERIFIED MY PLOT WITH GOVERNMENT SURVEYORS THREE TIMES IN THE PRESENCE OF OPPONENT AND FOUND CORRECT. MY PLOT SHOULD BE SHOWN AS HIS WESTERN BOUNDARY IN HIS DOCUMENT WHEREAS IT IS WRONGLY SHOWN AS A CART TRACK WHICH IS THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF MY PLOT. CSR FILED.

in this situation you should approach the Civil Court to remove the encroachment made by the neighbour regarding the property belongs to your survey number there is no other way accept to approach the court when the mediation between both the parties are failed outside of the court
