Need information regarding property registration

Hi Sir, My ancestors lands (12 acres) are registered by my grandfather, now my grand father registered those lands to his daughters who are married and nothing to my dad. Will the registration will be valid with out my father signature or my signature. please let me know on this.
Hello.you file civil suit for partion .The registration is not valid your father's signature is mandatory .You fight your father's share was compulsory .You file civil suit with family tree certificate.
