I have change my name legally. How can i change in sale deed? If i dont change is it legally correct and will not be a problem to my ownership. how to change same in katha.

You will have to change your name in sale deed. Will have to request your seller to execute a rectification or confirmation deed with respect to your changed names. And can add a recital with details of name change. With the help of this deed you can change the khata.
