My sister changed our ancestral house name without my consent
08-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My sister and I both are married. My sister changed the house name and added her name without my consent.
My father is no more, as per the law I have equal rights to claim the house. What action should I take now.
You can file suit for partition and declaration in civil court.
Therefore you should know how she changed or transferred name of ancestral property.
You can definitely get share in that property.
