My father Bought a property from a person before 30 Years ago ..That time the proerty wasn't marked as debuttar property..But now it's shown as debuttar Property .. Can we registered it as our property ??what is procedure??
dear client as per your query since at the time of buying the property was not marked as debutter property is the property was the deed registered at the time of buying say in details you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...
If the property is owned by your father then all the children of your father have equal rights on the said property. You all need to apply for a grant of succession certificate against the said property before the competent court of your local jurisdiction

To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the registered Purchase Deed, Parcha, Municipal Tax receipt etc as well as the fact how that property subsequently recorded as Debottar and whether there is any Trust Deed of Debottarnama in this context. Debottar property cannot be transferred without Court's permission. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.
