My mother house was occupied by my mother's brother

My mother house was occupied by my mother's brother it self my mother was died and I have got married then my mother's brother occupied that house it is an government site and he is staying in that house from 18 years suggest me that what to do sir now??
firstly , you have not informed on what basis of documents in his name and regarding allotment of site , if your mother is only absolute owner you can file a civil suit for injunction and possession in court and can retain property on your name .
