My maternal grandmother's father has Ancestral property

My maternal grandmother's father has Ancestral property from his father's,and now my maternal grandmother has made JV with builder without intimating my mother and other daughters,she lives with his son (my uncle) and basically all these activity did by my uncle,and now I want to stay on this JV that is i want to stop any activity done by builder on land.How can I get stay order from court as early as possible,within 1month.

This is my response to you:
1. File a partition suit in the civil court;
2. Then you can also file an injunction and stay order on the same;
3. You must ask for a share in the property;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
