My grandmother sold her self property now dispute what to do

My Grandmother sold her self property with my Father and with 2nd son , Now the 3rd son is claiming can he amke a case , if he do the case on whom will he do it..pls help me

A self acquired property can be disposed of by the owner of the property as per his or her wish. So if the property is a self acquired property then it can be gifted or sold or transferred in whatever manner by the owner. Hence, if the property has already been sold then the third son cannot lay any claim to it.
