My grandfather is not helping with the property after his 2nd marriage

Sir my father was expired when I was 12 years. After that my mother had taken care of myself and sister. My grandfather got married with a 2nd whife after my 1st grandmother got expired in the year 2012. Now he had informed that " you had no rights on the property ". Can you please help me out with a solution.

If it is self acquired property of your Grand Father, you cannot demand. If your Grand Father got the property from his ancestors, then you can demand your share.
