17-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather died without making will of his self acquired property after 2005, my grand mother also passed away. They have 3 daughters all are married and well settled & 1 son, grandfather son, my father passed away, my grand father donated all of his liquid cash to his daughters. Now me and my mother only living my grandfather self acquired property more than 12 years. Now my question can my grandfather daughters and their children claim the share of that property.
