I want to know whether the property got partitioned or it has been enjoyed jointly by your mother along with your uncle's wife and son.
if the property got partitioned before 2005, your mother can't claim any share and if it is enjoyed as joint family property still now, u mother and ur uncle's family got equal share in it.
