My father purchased a land for me in Kurukshetra. How to proceed ?

I am a lady,my father purchaed a land for me in kurukshetra as my husbands bua who stays in next plot said it will grow. About a year back i searced a property dealer online .He got me a buyer,who gave a small amount and said will give rest amount in 6 months.The registration was closed that time.Now after 9 months he is neither giving me money nor asking for time. Infact my dealer is trying to scare me that since you dont stay here.he will capture the land .pls suggest I am a hindu.
Hi, you don't need to be in panic. You don't stay there doesn't mean that he has the right to take your property. Need to know few things before guiding you. Is your plot in huda sector or in any authorized coloney or it's in unauthorised coloney. Does you have any written contract with the dealer about that deal like that. You have the option to Go to the police and and file a criminal complaint again him. Contact me with above said details for guidance.
