My father had passed away in 2018, the house owned by my father

My father had passed away in 2018, the house owned by my father which is built with housing loan LIC under my name.Currently my younger brother staying in that house,to get back the house since we have dispute on that.Please advise the option available.
After the intestste death of your father all his Class-1legal heirs shall have an equal share in his estate. Even though the construction loan for the building is in your name, the underlying plot of land would have been purchased by your father, right?
