My deceased uncle's wife is claiming on a share of ancestral property.

27-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My deceased uncle's wife is claiming on a share of ancestral property. She has 2 daughters from my uncle and now she is remarried and has a child with her new husband. Is she or her daughters still entitled to have a share on our ancestral property? No "Will" was written by my grandparents and my father is the eldest in the family.

Dear Sir.. Your uncle's wife has no right over the ancestral property. But her daughters can claim over the ancestral property.
