My ancestor property situated in the middle without any pathway. How to

22-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear sir/Mam, We have a ancestor land, which we visited long ago when it was cultivable with my grandfather but now its drought land ,we never used to visit as we r held up with routine works. Now ,our adjacent land owner is selling his property. The buyers are approaching us for sale. The Buyer says your land has no pathway,so it is better you can sell and get free otherwise if we fence it ,it will be wasted and you cant access your land ,we will build high fencing. I dont want to sell that property as it remembers my grandparents.if somebody built or fence the near by property blocking my access ,what can I do ? Can I get access legally? Plz guide me in the next step...
