MUTATION in single name out of 6 heirs if gifted to one son

Is it possible to obtain mutation in the name of gifted son out of total six heirs if the land owner desires so ? The land was distributed by the west Bengal govt under refugee rehabilation scheme 20 years ago in the name of the land owner. If so then how ?

As per the details provided by you my legal suggestion would be that first of all mutation neither creates nor extinguishes your right title as ownership in any property, you can become owner only on the basis of a registered documents, legal heirship and or by Decree by the competent court of law.
