Muslim mother (owner) want to evacuate her home from his son

My mother (alive)is the owner of our house, we are four brother n two sisters,three brothers are married and living in the house along with one unmarried bro n one sis and of course my mom. She wants to evacuate her home one of my married brother, wat are the procedures, we are Sunni Muslims.also tell abt the rights of my mom regarding (will), gift etc. For her assets. You have not clarified whether the house concerned is ancestral property or a self acquired one . The most important point to be taken into consideration is this fact alone. If the instant property is self acquired one in that case your mother would have full right to take decision as per her wishes and she can also just him from all his rights by filing proper suit and following some legal procedure .
