Mother's Self Claimed Property to Daughter
14-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir/Madam,
My Granny got a self claimed property of few cents and before her death she had written a will to one of her daughters.( My mother's elder one)( She has two daughters). After granny's death my aunt had registered the property under her name without our consent by obtaining a certificate of single legal heir of my Granny and she is the one and we weren't aware of the registration that happened in 2016 and no signature of consent were asked from my mother and it got registered in aunts name. We haven't gone anywhere for approving it. Is it right. Whether the procedure done is legally right. whether my mother is entitled? Any false stuffs done by them on this? Please advise.
In this case, just give a complaint before tahsildar about the legal heir certificate without your mother name and give representation before Sub-register about the cancellation of the deed of holding your aunt finally give complaint before police about fraudulently got legal hire and property deed. I had a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
