my mother died before 2005 we are tow brother and two sister.the property of my mother is patrik.can my sister claim on this property.
Yes, as per section 15 and 16 of the Hindu Succession Act, both sons and daughters have a share over their mothers property even if the mother died before 2005. property of my mother is patrik - it does not matter but the share can be claimed by sister
