Mother and sister ready to relinquish share in grandfather's property

My mother has 1brother and 1sister. My mother and her sister is not asking there share. In ancestral property of there grandfather. Can I claim Over the property right Now. though my mother is alive.

This is my response to you:
1. You or your father or your sister will have the first claim over your mother's property;
2. Your mother's sister and brother will only claim when your mother had no husband or children since they are Class II heirs;
3. You can ask your mother to make a Will;
4. Or you can ask your mother to execute a Gift Deed.
