MONEY RECOVERY FROM BUILDER AFTER CANCELLATION OF FLAT

Hi,
Please suggest me how can I recover money from builder he tried to sale an unauthorised flat as per Ghaziabad Development Autohority ByLaws, I have paid him amount in cash and bank transfer (cash after withdrawing from bank)
Now agreement time has been out (20days before)
Builder also blocked me from whatsapp and not picking my call
Please suggest what to do ?
At First you should send him a legal notice through counsel for recovery of the amount paid by you. Still he doesn't pay the amount then you can approach the consumer court for directions to the builder for recovery of your money along with interest.
