missing 10 gunte of farm land including currently running bore well.

We have 2 acres of agriculture farmland and borewell. Agriculture has been here for almost 40 years.
Then the neighboring farmland owner and come to measure my land, He telling us
that about half of the land belongs to him which includes in that borewell currently running and we and my family depend on that bore well water for agriculture cultivating land. what i have to do to save that land and bore well???
Please file a case seeking injunction against your neighbour. You will need to trace your original sale deed & property documents from the Tahasildar or Village Officer to make sure that you are correct and then accordingly contest the case. If your neighbour disputes the documents, you can ask the Court to appoint Commissioner to measure the land.
