Misleading sale during property purchase

I bought a property 1bhk apartment with a reputed developer in pre launch who promoted 6lac price hike after pre launch and NO EMI till possession (approx 4 years) . However he never provided the price Hike. And also after Proceeding with stamp duty and registration for the property and paying GST amount. Builder varied from the subvention scheme promise of No Emi till possession and proposed the scheme only for 2 years in the TPA agreememt with bank. I have lost trust and requested a cancellation in this circumstances. He is willing to only refund me only booking amount of 20000RS out of 2.5 Lac already spent over SDR and GST. Request you to please advice do I have a scope to receive more refunds then just the booking amount

This is my response to you:
1. You have merit to receive full refund;
2. This is because the developer can take refund of GST as well;
3. Infact you can claim a little more for mental loss suffered by you;
4. You can send a legal notice;
5. You can consult a local lawyer and take steps.
