Mis use of signed blank papers unknowingly cheated by brothers wife

My mother forced and signed and done finger print blank papers unknowingly. Which was written in english to her brother wife .can they misuse that to ours property ...my father has joint khatha ..my mother also have rights in this ..so we are worried ..can we make that invalid sign
You need to take steps immediately to declare that the document was taken under duress and coercion. Proceed immediately before the documents are wrongfully used by the person who took it. Do not delay.
