Hi, For the metro construction in my area, many houses were demolished for the train station and property owners were well compensated.. The train track extends underneath my house and hence my borewell had to be demolished. I was compensated for the borewell as well.. But now, for this construction every night there's a severe vibration which can be felt up to the third floor.. And the same may continue once metro starts running. What are my options?
yes you can seek compensation for the entire cost of the disturbance being caused to you. you have to get an engineer certificate about the possible danger to your premises and your life. the entire Case will be based upon scientific engineering assessment of the damage and danger
okay I understand your questions so now metro station construction is going in it is voilation of your property and they made sound and vibration type of desturbance is going on right yes it is possible to take on court stay order about to hem so some legal procedure you have to follow if you need any legal help contact me thank you
