Married sister Demanding a share in the property

Ours Hindu family consisting,Father,mother,2 sons,2 daughters.Father,salaried employee,died in 1967,leaving wife,2 sons,2 minor sisters. Shares in his name received though succession certificate after depositing share amount of minors.1 son collected his share and separated and married .In 1970 mother,son jointly purchased a site and constructed a house and living there. After attaing mejority daughters collected their share from court. First daughter married away in 1983.2 daughter not married and lived with mother and 2 nd son in that house.In 2019 this unmarried sister died. Son married in 1983 and living in the house with his wife and 2 children.2 spinster sister died in 2019. Now in 2020 the 1 St married sister Demanding 1/3 share quoting that the house is a Huf propery.She filed a suit. Pl offer openion. Thks
If already she has been given a share in the family property earlier she cannot claim another share. If you have documents for giving her share in the property you can produce the same document in the court and get the case rejected.
