Maintenance Charges differently based on size of the flat

I have an apartment in Bangalore which is a penthouse. The maintenance charged by the RWA is based on Sq Ft but as the RWA keeps increasing the per Sq Ft rate it has a significant impact on my maintenance cost that I need to pay. Presently it has gone upto 4.15 per Sq Ft due to which I pay 9800 INR per month including the GST. While the other floors pay far less. I understand that many apartments are moving to equal maintenance across all flats irrespective of the size. Pls let me know what legal rights I have to seek to move to this model vs the Sq Ft rate.
Let’s face it, even though RWAs don’t have the kind of powers they want, that isn’t going to stop them from trying to make rules, sometimes with good intentions as well.
