Ek house hai jisme do bete rhte hai,maa bade bete ke saath rhti hai maa ki dekhbal bada beta hi krta hai, chota beta koi mtlb nhi rkhta maa se,ab maa property sale krna chahti hai aur maa ke kehne pr bade bete ne house Khali KR Diya,chota beta house Khali nhi KR RHA wo apna hissa mangta hai,lekin maa use hissa phle hi de chuki hai,ab agar maa ko chote bete se house Khali krwana hai to maa Kya kre,property maa ke naam pr hai.
first of all you and your mother should convince to your brother for hand over the house to your mother but if after all your brother is not ready to leave the house then the mother has a option to file a case in front of related s.d.m. under MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT 2007 and get the house vacant from your brother within 6 month.
