Incase trial court hasn't ordered for refund, B can very well seek for the refund of money paid with interest. Since the trial has held it favour of X, B is entitled to file an appeal by making A & X as parties to the appellate court. In the alternative,X can also seek for setting aside of the trial court's order and seek to uphold the contract entered between A & B.
