Local MLA is trying to grab land allotted to the father by Air Force.

My father was awarded by land by air force as he served for 25 yrs. We cultivated land for 20 yrs. Was unable to cultivate land after that due to financial and health problems. I am an harried daughter. Local MLA's relative has occupied the land. I have all the documents. Collector and MRO are not giving us NOC or land survey reports to us. What can I do. Land is in ranga Reddy dist.
As early as possible you try to file a suit for declaration of title and permanent injuction based on your documents and in the meantime you file an application to the high court to issue a writ of mandamas against the govt officials for issuing NOC. If you want to initiate criminal action you file complaint to police officer
