Living in father's house for 15 years after his death

15-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I am Hindu. I have 2 older brothers &my father brought 2 houses in name of two of my brothers. The 1st house father gave to my elder brother i gave 1/2 amount in that house but and the 2nd house i gave 1/3 amount & no written agreement as it all was done before my parents. They have papers in their names. He did not buy me house. Before dying he said this house will be mine but he did not wrote a will. After my father's death i am living in this house since 15 years. All the expenses are paid by me only. I was ready to pay my elder brothers the differnce of money of this house and the house gifted by father in their names but they refused saying we want equal share. Now this house is very old(60 yrs) and it may collapse. So i am constructing it ,now they came and said we want share in this house and if you dont give share we will do court case. 1) Can the court put a stay on construction? 2) i have to give them equal share?which value court will decide to pay as i am here from 15 yrs

Court can stay the construction for the settlement of the suit. Also being there for more than 15 years gives you a right on the property. Thirdly court will not decide the value to be paid as settlement as your name is not on the papers. It is matter if court. Contact me for further discussion on the matter.
