Money was taken by me in mumbai cash 400000 And cheque 50000 Registered POA Affidavit and sale deed made of govt aquired land in pavana nagar i hv built a toilet on that land and electric meter is on my name can the seller file any case against me for eviction or any other pl advise
No although you can claim the cost of the toilet and the meter will be converted in the name of the owner of the land in this case the government.
